ARtS Narrogin was very visible at the Regional Arts Australia Summit “Arts and Edges” in Kalgoorlie Boulder in October 2014.
Six members of ARtS Narrogin together with artist Kate Campbell-Pope travelled to Kalgoorlie for a week to install the community art project “WILD! Flowers from the Bush” to promote the region’s natural and artistic attractions.
The installation was located in the foyer of the Goldfields Art Centre and created an amazing visual display which attracted lots of interest and complimentary comments.
All the Narrogin visitors attended the Summit and the associated Arts and Edges festival, taking away swags of great ideas and inspiration.
